In the last three years, Alliana has won 42 regional, national, and international vocal and talent competitions with 69 category wins in all. She received multiple invitations to perform at Merkin Hall, New York, NY. As a multiple winner of the prestigious Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition she received invitations to perform at Parco della Musica (Rome, Italy),  at Gläserner Saal Musikverein (Vienna, Austria), and at the Amphithéâtre Cité de la Musique-Philharmonie de Paris (Paris, France).

Alliana has performed as a soloist at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, NYC, three times - twice in 2022 and once more in 2023. This April, she made her debut as a Special Guest Soloist at the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage and received a standing ovation. She is also a 2022 Music International Grand Prix Youth Classical and Popular Voice Finalist, placing top 6 in the world in both Categories for her age group. As a Youth Classical Voice Winner, she was granted a scholarship to an Interlochen Summer 2023 program. Her most recent wins are with the World Classical Music Awards 2022 and 2024 in multiple categories. Last summer, she placed First in the Golden Classical Music Awards and made her debut as a soloist at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

This Christmas Season, Alliana toured Italy as the 7th Annual Youth Choir Festival's Soloist. This gave her the opportunity to sing at St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican and participate in a number of activities led by Pope Francis.
